Community Update

April Road Repairs Completed

Road repairs which were done on the entrance road and the road around the lake were completed in April. These repairs were necessitated by damage incurred during two constuction projects which are ongoing in the community. The individual lot owners were billed for the majority of the expense. The POA contributed to the project since some of the POA usual repair work was also needed. It is more cost effective to combine roadwork projects when possible, since a lot of the expense is from the delivery of the road grading equipment to our site. The POA Board members will monitor the road conditions while these construction projects continue to impact our community maintained roads.

We're working toward keeping our community the beautiful rustic setting that we all love.

What's New

Our gate has new keypads installed.

The installation of the new keypads on the entrance gate is completed. The Board decided to replace the broken keypads with a similar quality model. Our next gate improvement project will include budgeting for the higher quality keypads which will have a longer useful life. These will required a budgeted expense since they are expensive.

Thanks to Tom for all his hard work keeping our gate in top working condition.
